Deviled Flounder Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. flounder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    lemon (to squeeze over fish)
Preparation
    Arrange in single layer, slightly overlapping in greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and squeeze on lemon juice. Pour combination of rest on fish.
    Bake for 15 minutes until brown.
    Can be microwaved.
