German Style Salad(Preparation Time: 1 Hour. Makes 4 Servings.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    6 frankfurters or 4 knockwurst or 1/2 lb. ring bologna, cut diagonally in 1/2-inch pieces
    4 medium size potatoes, cooked, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut in 1/8-inch slices
    1/4 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    Cook bacon in large skillet until brown.
    Add onions and flour; cook until bubbly.
    Add next 6 ingredients; bring to boil. Cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
    Stir in potatoes and parsley gently, coating potatoes with sauce.
    Bring to boil; remove from heat and serve immediately.
