Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cooked squash
1 c. cream of Cheddar soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
2 medium onions, sliced
water chestnuts
4 oz. herb stuffing
Preparation

Melt 3/4 butter.
Add stuffing.
Put in layer of stuffing in casserole.
Add squash, soup and sour cream.
Top remaining stuffing.
Add rest of the butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
