Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth (undiluted)
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of tomato soup (undiluted)
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans (undrained)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion together.
    Drain well.
    In a large saucepan, mix beef and other ingredients, except macaroni and cheese.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add macaroni.
    Serve in bowls.
    Pass shredded Cheddar cheese as a topping.
