Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. cooked rice (salt to suit your taste)
1/2 c. tomato catsup
about 6 or 8 peppers
1 egg
Preparation

First, put your peppers in boiling water after you have split them in halves.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Cook your 1 cup of rice in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes (covered).
Remove from stove and add to the ground beef and other ingredients.
Stuff the peppers; put in long pan and add tomato catsup on top of each pepper.
Now pour around the peppers 1 quart of tomato juice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until most of the tomato juice has cooked into the peppers.
