Uova Con Sparagi(Eggs With Asparagus) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. asparagus
4 Tbsp. olive oil
6 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut asparagus in 1-inch lengths.
Drop in pan when oil is hot. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Lower heat.
Beat eggs and fold into pan.
Stir until cooked to your desire.
Serve hot. Good on Italian roll or bread.
Serves many.
