Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie crusts
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 Tbsp. butter
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt butter.
Cook onions until tender. Add flour and salt; stir.
Add chicken broth.
Cook until thick. Add chicken and peas and carrots.
Cook until bubbly.
Pour mixture into pan.
Top with pie crusts.
Bake until crusts are brown.
