Chinese Duck Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. peach jam
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Chinese brown gravy
    6 oz. apricot jam
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Mix together; pour over chicken.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes enough sauce for 2 to 3 pounds of chicken pieces.
    Great served over rice pilaf.
