Snow-White Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, cooked turkey
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    lettuce, shredded
    garnishes
Preparation
    Combine the turkey, celery, green pepper and onion in a bowl. Set aside.
    In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, whipped cream, bouillon granules, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Fold into turkey-vegetable mixture.
    Refrigerate until serving time.
    Mound turkey salad on crisp lettuce and circle with desired garnishes. Serves 6 to 8.
