Fancy Rabbit(This Is Good, But Takes A While To Prepare.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up rabbit
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 c. wine
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper
3 whole cloves
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Place rabbit in baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with mixture of onions, wine, water and vinegar.
Place in refrigerator for 2 days.
Pat rabbit dry.
Flour and fry in butter until brown.
Add 1/2 cup of marinade liquid and bring to boil. Cover and simmer until rabbit is tender.
Remove the meat; add flour to liquid.
After liquid is thickened to a gravy, stir in sour cream and pour over rabbit.
