Baked Rice And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. cooked peas or lima beans
    1 c. cooked carrots or whole kernel corn
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Place alternate layers of rice and vegetables in a greased baking dish, sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper.
    Add milk and lay slices of bacon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bacon is well done.
    Makes 6 servings.
