Lemon Sage Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless, chicken breasts
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. vodka (optional)
    1/4 c. fresh sage or 1 Tbsp. dried
    2 tsp. honey
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Place 1 chicken breast between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
    Pound to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Repeat with each breast. Mix rest of ingredients in a large shallow glass dish.
    Add chicken and turn to coat.
    Marinate 1 to 2 hours.
    Barbecue at medium-high heat, frequently brushing with marinade.
