Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Cook raisins in water to cover until tender. Mix together sugar, flour, egg yolks and enough water to mix. Add to raisins and boil until thickens. Remove from heat and add sour cream and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
