Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    1 can (20 oz. size) pineapple chunks
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 to 2 cans (6 oz. size) pineapple juice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips and coat with flour.
    Drain the pineapple chunks and save the juice.
    Heat oil and brown the chicken.
    Add pineapple chunks, cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, juice from pineapple chunks and canned pineapple juice to make 2 cups in all.
    Pour mixture into pan of chicken and heat until sauce thickens (approximately 1/2 hour).
    Serve over rice.
