Chinese Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head Chinese cabbage, diced
    2 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles (don't use the flavoring), broken
    1 pkg. sliced almonds
    1 pkg. sesame seed
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Boil 1 minute vinegar, sugar, oil and soy sauce and cool. Saute lightly butter, noodles and almonds and pour over mixture of cabbage and onions.
    Add vinegar, sugar mix and marinate 1/2 hour before serving.
