Spinach Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry crust
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and eggs.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into crust and top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
