Vegetable-Shrimp Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 oz. snow peas, trimmed
    6 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 red pepper (1/2-inch strips)
    1 lb. deveined shrimp
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
    1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add snow peas, onions and red pepper.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook until tender and most of liquid evaporates.
    Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly.
    Makes 4 servings.
