Penuche Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil for 1 minute the sugar, milk, oleo and salt, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat until thick enough to spread. Add vanilla.
