Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese or American cheese, grated
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped very fine
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, well beaten
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch cake pan.
    Spread 1/2 of corn batter, then the browned meat in pan.
    Top with cheese, then chop onion and jalapeno pepper.
    Top with the rest of corn batter.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
