White-Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. white-chocolate candy
2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Melt chocolate.
Separate eggs and beat egg whites stiff. Cream margarine and sugar, then add beaten egg yolks.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
Mix.
Add flour and baking powder alternately with buttermilk.
Mix.
Fold in beaten egg whites with nuts and coconut.
Bake until done.
