Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
2 pt. fresh strawberries
1 pkg. strawberry glaze
Preparation

Whip cream cheese until smooth.
Add condensed milk; whip until smooth.
Add vanilla flavor and lemon juice; mix well.
Pour into cracker pie crust.
Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
After crust and filling has chilled, place strawberries on pie and top with glaze.
Caution:
If filling is not chilled, strawberries will sink to bottom of crust.
