Eddie'S Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice (long grain, not instant)
    1 lb. bacon
    2 large onions
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on the package.
    Cut bacon into small strips and fry with the onions, which have been diced, until both the onions and bacon are crisp-tender.
    Add to the cooked rice and spread in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Delicious served as a side dish with ham or pork.
