Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 chopped garlic clove
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook shrimp; remove veins.
    Cook onion, green pepper and garlic until tender.
    Blend in flour, seasonings and tomatoes.
    Add shrimp and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 6.
