Pat'S Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour,
    sugar
    and\tpie
    spice.
    Add
    egg, milk and nuts (add
    last).
    Melt\tbutter\tin 9-inch baking dish.\tPour batter in baking dish with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done in center.
    Eat hot or cold.
