Chicken In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut in serving pieces
1/2 to 1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 large onion, sliced or diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
Preparation

Melt oleo in a large frying pan or wok.
Flour and brown chicken pieces on both sides.
Add onions and mushrooms.
Mix soup and milk and pour over top.
Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Serve over rice or noodles.
