Stuffed Green Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1/2 c. precooked rice
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Set out a shallow 2 quart baking dish and a large saucepan. Rinse and clean out peppers.
    Drop peppers into boiling salted water to cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove peppers and drain.
