Ingredients

2/3 c. boiling water
1 box lemon gelatin
1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Mix together the eggs and oil. Add to cake mix; beat well.
Stir in gelatin mixture.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
