Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. mustard
1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Preparation

Melt margarine in 3-quart glass pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat and arrange in a single layer in pan.
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Serves 4 to 5.
