Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, divided
    4 honey ham slices
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. warm water
    1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Place each piece of chicken between two sheets of wax paper; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
    Sprinkle with parsley and 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Place a ham slice and a cheese slice on each chicken breast; roll up from short side and secure rolls with wooden picks.
    Combine mayonnaise and water; brush on chicken, covering all sides. Combine bread crumbs and remaining 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning; dredge chicken rolls in mixture.
    Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Remove wooden picks.
