Chocolate Mallow Microwave Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted or 3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. mini-marshmallows
    canned frosting
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except marshmallows and frosting, in mixing bowl.
    Blend at lowest speed.
    Then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Spread batter in an 8-inch square dish.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes, if needed to finish cooking. Immediately place marshmallows on cake.
    Let stand a couple of minutes to partially melt.
    Spread with frosting.
