Hot Potato Salad With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boiling potatoes
    water to cover
    salt
    1/4 lb. bacon, diced
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. beef stock
    sour cream (optional)
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water.
    Do not overcook.
    Peel while hot; cut in thin slices.
    Fry bacon; add onion.
    Saute slowly until onion becomes transparent.
    Remove from heat.
    Carefully pour combined vinegar and stock or water.
    Bring to a boil and pour over potatoes.
    Add a couple spoons of sour cream.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
