Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. egg substitute or 3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
3 c. apple, finely chopped

Preparation

Reserve 1/4 cup flour and toss with apples and nuts.
The flour will help suspend them in the cake batter.
