Stuffed Eggplant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry bread
2 tsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs
1 large egg plant
2 leaves basil
1/4 c. grated cheese
4 pieces bacon, cut in small pieces (cooked)
Preparation

Mix all together.
Cut eggplant in half.
Cut out the middle and fill with the mixture.
Fry eggplant on both sides, then put in baking dish.
Pour tomatoes on top and bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
