Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/4 Tbsp. hot water
    4 egg yolks
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts (pecans)
Preparation
    Mix
    the
    following
    ingredients well:\toil, sugar, hot water and egg yolks.
    Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, carrots and nuts. Fold in 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten.
    Grease and flour cake mold. Pour in mold.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
