Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can red salmon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation

Drain salmon well.
Bone and flake.
Combine everything except parsley and nuts.
Chill several hours.
Roll into log (wax paper helps).
Roll log in nuts and parsley.
Serve with party rye bread or party crackers (Town House).
Keeps in refrigerator for several days.
