Apricot Cream Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box orange jello
    1 can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 medium carton Cool Whip
    2 small jars apricot baby food with tapioca
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine jello and pineapple in saucepan.
    Heat until mixture simmers.
    Add sugar, baby food and cut up cream cheese.
    Mix well, but do not beat.
    Chill until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.
    Add Cool Whip, slowly.
    Blend in, but do not beat.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch pan or whatever dish you prefer.
    Cover with chopped nuts and chill.
