Zucchini And Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    2 c. cooked rice
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    3/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Slice zucchini in 1/4-inch rounds.
    Steam until done, but still firm.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix rice with lemon juice, parsley and seasonings.
    Grease a 3-quart casserole with oil; make a layer each of rice mixture, cottage cheese and zucchini.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
