Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized process cheese spread
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken-mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions; set aside.
Saute onion and celery in margarine, then stir in cheese, soup and water.
Simmer until well blended.
Fold in rice and broccoli.
Pour into covered glass dish.
Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
