1 refrigerated pie crust
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
3 large eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bake pie crust according to pkg. directions. In a mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugar, and flour on medium speed until blended; add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Beat well and pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, shielding edges with foil after 10 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
