Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    approximately 1 1/2 c. milk
    2 sticks margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 to 2 cans sweetened fruit
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add milk and vanilla and stir to make a thick batter.
    Melt butter in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Take out and pour batter over butter.
    Do not stir!
    Pour fruit over batter.
    Do not stir!
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until crust covers fruit and is golden brown.
