Chocolate Chocolate Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 c. baking cocoa
    2 Tbsp. light cream
    2 c. (one 12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chunks
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine the flour and baking soda; set aside.
    In another large bowl, with an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugars; add the vanilla and mix well.
    Add the cocoa and beat until well blended. Add the cream and, on low speed, gradually add the flour mixture; beat until mixed.
    Stir in the chocolate chunks and nuts, if using.
