Broiled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 large potatoes, cut lengthwise 8 to 10 wedges
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix with basil and salt.
    Arrange potatoes on foil-lined cookie sheet.
    Brush with oil.
    Broil 4-inches from heat for 10 minutes.
    Brush with butter mixture and broil 5 minutes moore or until lightly brown and tender.
