Semi-Yankee Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eye of round roast
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    potatoes
    carrots
    onions
    pepper and salt to taste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Spray
    electric
    skillet
    with Pam.
    Brown roast on all sides, being
    careful to cook off all fat.
    Add 1 quart water, onion soup and Kitchen Bouquet.
    Simmer until meat is tender. Surround
    meat with potatoes, carrots and onions, basting with meat juices.
    When vegetables
    are
    done remove and add cornstarch dissolved\tin 1/2 cup water to liquid in skillet.
    Stir constantly until gravy boils.
