Pumpkin Drop Cookies(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar; beat in eggs.
Add pumpkin and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Mix well.
Add rolled oats (uncooked), coconut and nuts.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake about 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes 6 dozen small cookies.
