Chocolate Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks Margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. Self-rising Flour
    4 tbsp. Cocoa
    1 1/2 c. Sugar
    3/4 c. Milk
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    6 tbsp. Cocoa
    1 c. Sugar
    1 3/4 c. warm Water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13 in. pan.
    Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, milk and vanilla and pour over melted margarine.
