Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large pork chops
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling water (1 teaspoon salt) 14 minutes. Spread in bottom of large casserole dish. Place raw pork chops on top. Salt and pepper chops. Spoon half the mushroom soup over. Add water to remaining soup to fill can. Stir well and pour over dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered. Serves 6.
