Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter, softened or margarine
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar

Preparation

Beat until creamy.
Sprinkle cake with nuts.
