Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and finely chopped (I put them in the food processor for a few seconds)
    2 cans bean sprouts
    1 can mushrooms, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    soy sauce
    salt
Preparation
    Heat oil and stir-fry chicken and vegetables for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Season with soy sauce and salt.
    Put about 2 tablespoons of filling mixture on each wrapper.
    Roll according to directions on wrapper package.
    Fry in small amount of oil in skillet until golden; drain.
    Serve with Aunt Betty's hot mustard.
