Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. thin sliced pared potatoes (about 8 medium potatoes)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (bell)
    1/4 c. chopped fine onion
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion.
    Combine remaining ingredients with a dash of black pepper; pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 20 or 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
    Serves 8.
