No Peek Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can of water
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. converted rice, uncooked
    6 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix soups, water, parsley and rice together.
    Pour into 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Lay uncooked chicken breasts over rice mixture.
    Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    No peeking until ready to come out of the oven.
    Whole fryer or chicken parts can be substituted for breasts.
